ACMESkydiver 0 #53 December 16, 2003 Quotejust make sure to tell all your skydiving friends not to hook their double-digit canopies into the ground so we don't have to read more accident reports on people dying under perfectly good canopies. You're right...any skydiving discipline can be dangerous. I do NOTHING interesting in the air at all. I am going to hold the title of 'World's Most Boring Skydiver' and be very very happy with it! Everyone is entitled to their own brand of fun, and I will just continue to cower in the corner with my eyes covered when the swoopers land...or BASE peop's get talking...or anything that makes me close my eyes saying "please be ok...please be ok...please be ok..."! Just FYI, my hubby is a big fan of BASE, much to my dismay. Hasn't done it yet and most likely won't for at least a year or two due to circumstances...maybe between now and then I'll learn a lil' about it and not be so paranoid. -Well, maybe...~Jaye Do not believe that possibly you can escape the reward of your action. AggieDave 6 #54 December 16, 2003 Quote am going to hold the title of 'World's Most Boring Skydiver' Nope, that's Quade's title if I remember correctly...sooo, you're going to have to come up with a new one. Maybe something like "Worlds most extreme and crazy timid skydiver." --"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
