HeatherB 0 #1 December 12, 2003 I just PM'd sangiro but I'm sure he's swamped or not even checking for messages. Anyone else's email account not working? I haven't been able to receive email since the end of October. I can send email just fine, just can't receive any. I'm not over the size limit, that much I know... thanks, heather

skybytch 273 #3 December 12, 2003 Mine works fine... Might try sending HH an email (from your other email address ) instead of a PM. He gets his email even when he's not online here. It was set to delete all messages that has the word "spam" in "any field". Spam Assasin marks all checked messages in the header (not always visible to you) with a message that contains the word "spam". Your rule was set to delete all those messages and was so broad that it caught all messages sent to you. I changed your rule to check for the word spam in the "subject" field only.
