Redbull boost

I'm curious to know what people who drink redbull think actually gives them the boost. Is it the ingredients, or is it that it tastes so bad that it shocks your system?

i down one before a test, maybe it's partly psychological now, but it helps me focus a little.

When I was at University, I drank 10 vodka and redbulls one evening… I don’t recommend that to anyone. I was drunk without being sleepy and didn’t get any sleep at all that night as my head was spinning and I couldn’t keep still!

not a red bull story, but Hunters Extreme - dont know if you get it in the states, uk etc. It's basically hyperactive cider!

Anyway, we didn't have a plane so out of sheer desperation I joined some peeps from the club on a bass fishing weekend (yawn). Here's a hint. When you're stuck on a tiny boat in the middle of a dam, and the boys won't let you move, let alone swim, cos you'll scare the damn fish away - DO NOT drink copious amounts of hunters extreme it was THE most uncomfortable afternoon of my life.

Cider... eeeeeeuuuuuggggghhhhh! Evil stuff! I've drunk cider once - I was 16 and it was very messy and I have never had a hangover like it since!

Used to drink RB when I was in Germany. We'd drive into Lux City to party. I'd drive so every round of beer fetched me a RB. Come about 0400 when the after hours placed closed up, made for an easy drive home totally wired at 140mph.... gotta love the autobahn!

Well, the ingredients are the ones that give us the boost, but the taste helps us to drink it up.

Like "Mary Popins" said: "Just a spoon full of sugar helps the medicine go down, the medicine go dooooowwwwwn, the medicine go down,..."

Here, in Puerto Rico we have many energy drinks like RedBull but better, like: Ciclón. But we get also: Tiger Shot, KMX, AMP, Xtreme, ...and many others. Some taste better.

Edited: Also SoBe`s Adrenaline. This one rocks.

I think Red Bull is essentially the same stuff they put in hummingbird feeders, And it has the same effect.

For taste, I prefer GoFast. (with or without vodka)

We had the Red Bull promo truck at our DZ a couple times and now they have me hooked on the stuff.....I'm like a complete addict...but the one up side is you don't have to switch drinks after your done jumping....Red Bull all day and as the sunlight fades you just add alittle vodka and your set for the night.
