lauraliscious 0 #5 February 7, 2008 FAA Order 8700.1 is titled, "General Aviation Operations Inspector’s Handbook" It may be extremely difficult to find out when a specific change was made, due to the way the FAA releases changes to the orders. I don't know of an easy way to find this information.
