Do they still block off the streets and you can just walk any where with a beer. Go from frat to frat / house to house. Get a beer and leave? alanab 0 #27 December 4, 2003 hehe! court street still gets blocked off for the halloween party, but i would imagine that you would get arrested carrying around a beer these days. plus all the frrat houses are on a different street than court street. did you see my pics of court street during mid-party? definately one of the 10 party colleges.
