If you pay by credit card, it's the shipper's responsibility to make sure that you receive the product. If shipper places responsibility on customer, customer gets angry, calls credit card company to dispute charge placing responsibility squarely back on the vendor. Customer orders from another vendor who in turn delivers (by whatever means) and customer is happy. The customer is not responsible for the delivery of goods ordered when paid for by CC. (If customer receives ordered merchandise merchandise from vendor 1 at some point, they should do the responsible thing and refuse delivery so the package gets shipped back.)

I would definitely call American Express and get them involved. I've never had a problem with Para-Gear but had a similar experience with another company. American Express called the company to find out why nothing was being done to resolve the issue. Amex told them to resolve the issue with me or they would prevent any future sales to be charged to American Express until the matter was settled to my satisfaction. Two days later, I was a happy customer. Good Luck!!!

Neither is the one who has shipped it.. its the compagni that ships the pack thats has that responsebility...

Well thats how it works here which i think is the most fair deal...

The shipper is responsible for shipping the right things,in a safe pack to the correct adress(on pack),on the way the reciver has payed for.

the shipping compagny has to deliver the pack with in the given time, whith the service that has been ordered.

The reciver has to give a correct adress, deside which way the shipment should be sendt.He/she also has to be the one that has to complain if anything is broken, has been missed or simlar(most time to the shipper, who will contact the shipping compagny)

If just becours you have payed by credit card could say that its the shipper that has all the fault and can make them guilty, why would such a dealer then ever want to mae a deal that way?:S.

I do agree that its sad that the ietems hasnt arrived yet,but the onbly mistake i see so far the para-gear compagny has done, were to ship it by airmail...That should just make the delivery faster, which should NOT be payed for by the reciver,as it were the shipper that made that mistake...
