Slappie 9 #4 November 19, 2003 Actually I think the arrest warrant was issued yesterday and was serveable when they did the search on his ranch. Only reason it wasn't enforced was, because he was in Vegas filming a video. IMO, I think this has been going on since he did thoughs reveal all interviews. I remember telling my partner they are probably going to be cracking down on his ass soon. One part of the interview was with him and a couple of boys, they all admitted to "sleeping" in the same bed as MJ.. etc.. Extremely messed up stuff ya ask me.. I'm of the opinion it's about time.. According to my source, the psychologist had enough concerns to report his conversation to the police. That would jibe with the idea proposed by the police and others that the family is not seeking civil damages at this time or anticipating a cash settlement similar to the one that happened 10 years ago. As much as I may not like what MJ has done with his looks, I've always enjoyed his music. I have NO reason to hate him. Allegations are just that, allegations. There is a big diference between accusing someone and them actually being guilty, not at all a fine line. It's called the burdon of proof. If real proof actually exists, I'm all for hanging him. Until the day the jury says he's guilty though, he is innocent in my eyes. If he buys his way out, that does NOT make him automatically guilty. a quick, quiet, out of court settlement can save a career. A local sherrifs deputy here was accused of statutory rape. He lost his job for misconduct. He was found innocent, but is now deeply entrenched in litigation with the county. He lost his job because he was charged, not because he was convicted. Just being involved in a suit can be devastating. He lost his wife, custody of his kids, and his livelyhood, because of alligations. I say let a jury judge him before you do.It's your life, live it!
