Damnit! Oh and cops that pull you over for speeding, and don't understand about the whole concept of sunset loads! Edited to add: Oh and btw not a good idea to just keep heading out there with them following you either and grabbing your gear and as you run to the plane with them chaseing after you saying "I'll talk to you after I get back down, it will be like 20 mins!" They tend to get pretty pissy. Oh yeah and I forgot that will in the long run ruin the rest of your weekend and it will be a long time before you can jump again. Some of the things I read on this website, hear in real life, etc. personally offend me, as much as I try not to let them. I know everyone is entitled to his or her opinion, but sometimes it is not presented in the best way. For example, I was reading in the forum about gay marriages, and I was trying to imagine how I would feel if I were a gay person reading that thread. Some of the things said were very supportive, but a lot of them were condescending, bordering on mean. I don't enjoy when people look down their noses at me or anyone else. Just my thoughts. Not enough pay, too many new people that have not been trained caused by rapid turn over, etc When Shakespere wrote "first kill all the lawyers..." it was because "newspeople" didn't exist yet. I have such fear - and it is a fight to move past comfort zones and reach out past the fear....do what I want to do anyway, despite fear. I struggle with that constantly. AND! I forgot. The other beef I have with myself which can be just as difficult of a struggle is with my temper. I lost it briefly yesterday with someone, and while I don't regret it, I still think I could've handled it with more tact and diplomacy....I don't lost it often, but I wish I would lose it less often, you know? (And yes, McDuck, porn can be fun to write....)
