All kidding aside...why is it people get so scared of the opposite sex? We jump outta planes for crying out loud. Talking to someone with different plumbing (or the same, if that's your bag) isn't nearly as rough as getting to the door of the plane, and leaping out.

sounds sick and weird - but try and enjoy it, asking her out, the thinking about it, the build up to it, actually doing it - will all be one huge adrenaline buzz and mass of nerves - equatable to skydiving at some level

Just walk over and say hello. strike up a conversation about something. if she's got a boyfriend, sooner or later the phrase "My boyfriend" is gonna pop up in the conversation. Its a no risk way of finding out whether or not she's attached, and even if she is, you might make a good friend.

yep yep. i think she does like me so i get to be friends with her. and hear about all her nympho stuff she does with her boyfriend. Joy. girls need to grow balls and ask guys out. most guys are single, so if a girl is single they need to ask the guy out due to having a higher likelyhood of sucess.
