If you could be a Super Hero....

To fly (of course) and to be uneffected by temperature changes.

Think about it. No matter where in the world you go, you can wear whatever you want. 80 below at the north pole and shorts? No problem! B|

Never thought about the temp thing. That would definitely be a bonus when jumping in the winter. :)

Yup! Leave it up to a cheesehead to think of something like that. Grew up in the cold, and after 33 years of it, I've had enough.

Sure, Canadians have it colder than I do, but, well, it's Canada. I'm sure once they read it they thought "Yea, that'd be cool!" Right Remi? B|

I would totally want to have telekinesis. I am the laziest person ever and if I don't have to get up for anything I could be the happiest person in the world. I would also love to be able to fly. That would be way fun. :)

I figured if I chose telekinesis as one of my powers I wouldn't have to choose flying cause I would be able to will myself to fly through my telekinetic powers. :)

and could only choose 2 powers, what would they be?

My first one would be the ability to heal the sick and suffering. My second one would be the ability to travel in time.

hehe. Good point. Scratch the flying thing then. I would choose invisibility and freak everybody out! Just not the way that Kevin Bacon did in Hollow Man. Nor do I want to go through all the pain from the transformation. Just a nice and simple turn-off-the-light kind of thing.
I'm so funny I crack my head open!

shoot, Loudiamond stole one of mine...grrr..

my two superpowers would be the ability to forgive and forget easily and to heal the sick and injured. :) seriously though.

We are not perfect superheros, but if we try hard enough, we can atleast somewhat accomplish everything we dream of doing. :)

>My first one would be the ability to heal the sick and suffering.

I would never want that ability. No matter what your power, you could never stop all the sickness and suffering everywhere on the planet - but everyone who _was_ suffering would be someone you failed.

>My second one would be the ability to travel in time.

I think just having an internet connection forward/back say, a year would give me all the time travel I'd need. Send emails to people warning them of 9/11. Send yourself stock info. Send back info on skydiving fatalities, so you can email the person who's about to die and lecture him about killing himself under canopy or whatever.

That would limit you to only those people who have internet access AND remember to check their e-mail. What about all those things that occured BEFORE the internet was a common tool? I prefer to be able to be there in person. There is nothing like the ground truth to put things in perspective.

Well, I'd be one of those folks that could have been reached, but I was a young kid back then. I first got on the net somewhere around '90, BBSing before then.
