Need Photoshop help

I'm working on making a brochure, and my boss is not happy with my attempts to lighten this picture of our model. Everytime I try to lighten it so it's not so dark on the windows and doors, I make the sky too light and there's not enough contrast with white paper when I print it out. Can someone see what they can do with it? The roof needs to stay the reddish shade for that Mediterranean look and if you can make a pretty blue sky with white puffy clouds, even better!

The color of the stucco is pretty close to what it is supposed to be.

Alana's is getting close, but it's still a little dark through the center and the sky is still a problem. When it prints out on white paper, it's too light. If someone can make the sky bluer, it would be great. Pammi, I did one like yours too, but he deemed the whole thing too red.

It lost a little bit of quality when i saved it because I had to get under 60kb.
