Shindagrl 0 #1 October 27, 2003 HOLY COW!!!! Dad and I jumped on Sunday, and it was absolutely incredible! We had taken the class for IAD on Saturday, but weather was borderline for jumping, so we went ahead and went back up Sunday morning to do our first skydive. It was our first, but definitely not my last. I'll be working on my A license now!!! Wonderful, wonderful people at our DZ. Yep, I'm addicted. Happy in the skies- Shinda An audience of 35 head of cattle was not exactly what I had in mind for that last landing.........

Shindagrl 0 #5 October 28, 2003 Dad thought it was pretty cool. He won't be getting his license or anything, but he doesn't regret it for a second. I must say my hubby isn't too thrilled with this, though! He has a pretty strong fear of heights, and I doubt I'll ever get him to try it. To each their own, I say. I'm just happy I found this sport. I'm not a "sporty" kind of girl, but this is right up my alley! Shinda An audience of 35 head of cattle was not exactly what I had in mind for that last landing......... hooked 0 #6 October 28, 2003 I'm glad your Dad enjoyed it and didn't pass up the opportunity to try it! I also have to say, my hubby isn't thrilled with my loving skydiving, as well! He would NEVER do it, that's okay, this(skydiving) is my love. J -------------------------------------- Sometimes we're just being Humans.....But we're always Human Beings.
