That's not very much freefall at all. I wonder how much it affects learning curve--for jumpers with the same number of jumps and same currency... "

Actually it takes more skill to do it in less time.

RiggerRob is just up the freeway from us here in Snohomish.. for the next 5 months.. getting anything more than 3k will be doing EXCELLENT.

This is the land of hop and pops.. especially after such a wonderfull summer of jumping the Caravan.

Our C-182 standard is 10k but if you have a couple people and willing to pay you can get 12.5k...

Its $6 plus $1 per thousand

All summer its been the Caravan... and 13 to 13.5k

*sigh*

it's almostthe same really.... we get 12k at our dz here in utah and have a starting elevaton of 4500msl so 12k is almost our max before we rn out of air/ uncontrolled airspace...... going to 13 or 13.5 is only like another 5 seconds.... not that much but yet i gues it is 10% of a jump............ don't really notice it that much when i go to dz's getting 13k normally... now when i go to a dz getting 14k it is noticable......
