Giving my mouse a New Paintjob

Anyone out there ever get bored and spray paint your mouse? I found a nice big can of Chevy Orange engine paint, some flat black model spray paint and a can of clear laquer. Should the buttons be orange and the rest of the mouse black, or the other way around?

Might wanna make sure it doesn't dissolve the plastic first. Seems like I melted something with spray paint once.

I vote for black with orange racing stripes.

The Laquer and flat black spray are Enamel spray paints for model cars, so they're fine for plastic, but I will be testing the engine block spray paint to make sure my mouse doesn't dissolve

So what would look better, black mouse, orange buttons, or orange mouse black buttons?

OK. I'd go with black mouse/orange buttons.

I still think the racing stripes would kick ass.

Definetely black mouse, orange buttons... but some stripes or something would be cool... maybe, the top all black, buttons orange, and wherever the case splits into two for the bottom, paint the bottom orange, so the bottom half of the edges would be orange.

I'm not very observant today am I? I didn't see your thoughts on colors. I agree, and I'll work in some racing stripes too. And paint the bottom orange. This mouse is gonna look awesome

I just hope that the flat black with laquer over it will look/feel okay
