LouYoung 0 #26 October 21, 2003 I used to scuba dive and am still certified, but I really only was heavy into for one summer. I've mountain biked a lot and still do off and on, so I just voted for mountain biking, since that was the question. I've only done super small amatuer freeclimbing stuff as far as rock climbing, but I've noticed a lot of people around here posting about it. I'm sure a lot of the BASE jumpers would dig that kind of stuff, since they could have fun in both directions. ;)
AggieDave 6 #27 October 21, 2003 I used to be fairly hardcore about Mt. Biking. Then I got into jumping, then my $1000 Specialized was stolen...so now I really don't give a shit.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." TheAnvil 0 #28 October 21, 2003 I scuba as well, but think skydivers and rock climbers have more of a penchant for boozing and a much closer comeraderie. I do know a lot of scuba divers that booze pretty heavily.Vinny the Anvil Post Traumatic Didn't Make The Lakers Syndrome is REAL JACKASS POWER!!!!!! mailin 0 #29 October 21, 2003 Same thing happened to me - the bike got stolen and I never got back into it. I like rock climbing, but I find skydiving easier (so far) for my lack of upper body strength JenniferArianna Frances
skycat 0 #30 October 21, 2003 I probably spend as much time on rockclimbing.com as I do here. Although I swear they have the same threads over there as are here...
