I was scared to death when I bought my house in my name only...didn't sleep for the 9 days between making the offer and them accepting it until the loan closed 9 days later. Once I realized the only way anyone could take it from me was by my not making the payments I settled down and have loved being a single home owner. A word of advice. Don't get out the beer until all the BIG stuff is in. You know how skydivers are! -- Hot Mama At least you know where you stand even if it is in a pile of shit.
