Optima Visual altimeters with LED or LCD?

I want to order an Optima visual altmeter but I see you have the option of a LED or LCD attachment. Since these are special order units I haven't been able to actually see either of these. If you have one which option did you choose? What are the differences for those that have used them? I have a full face I jump most often but do take the face shield off sometimes and just use googles.

Now that this has been out a couple years has anyone else used these. LED or LCD?

I heard LCD consumes the battery way quicker than LED.

I have the led and love it. I have had those batteries in longer than my viso batteries and haven't had a problem. I'll take a pic if you want it to see the setup

Do you have the Hypoxic LED or the Larsen and Brusgaard one? I'd definitely like to see your set up.

I got the l&b one at the same time I bought my optima. I jump a z1 and put a loop of enough cord to open my visor all the way and still had lots to stow so the cord is plenty long enough. I used the self adhesive tape to secure it inside the top of my visor and it has never budged.
