wmw999 2,452 #1 October 12, 2003 3 great jumps at a 20-way fun competition. Deguello got 293 points over 3 rounds. My team (Waller) got 57 Spaceland's pickup team got 50 So I think that means we sucked less Ended the day with a wedding (Mike Snowden and Ginger Schultz), and a lot of nice sitting around. First jump the base built out of order, we still got the first point (minus one who had to fly around the star after getting kicked out of his original catch-as-catch-can slot). It was an awesome video, and too funny Wendy W.There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. (tbrown)
selbbub78 0 #2 October 12, 2003 3:0:0 i was going to try to jump sat/sun, but didn't. However, i did do my first "stable" headdown. Stable being defined as holding the headdown for the entire jump. I'm sure i was backsliding, but it was still cool. Did that twice, then screwed up a 3 way RW jump. I accidently took us into a headdown out the door, oops, guess headdown was on my mind this weekend Still great jumps, and even the RW went okay, once We reconfigured. PhreeZone 20 #5 October 13, 2003 4 landings at Skydive Dallas that reminded me I can't slide in Texas:10:0 7 wingsuit jumps, 2 hop and pops and a Freefly. Lots of fun and I maxed out the Protrack on 5 of the 7. Was screwing around on one trying to do front flips in the S3 and went with John Storie on his first S3 flight.Yesterday is history And tomorrow is a mystery Parachutemanuals.com
AndyMan 7 #6 October 13, 2003 1 week til I get married: 6: 2 Jumps were all interesting. One was a six way horney gorilla. Talk about cluster-fuck... One I flew on my belly at 157 MPH, had a guy dock on his head. I'm told I'm quite flexible. One I flew video on a 12 way, got some great footage from the Casa. On another I did a floating exit on a raft jump. It came off beautifully, and I got some awesome footage. Saturday night we brought out a case of bubly, and the DZ partied in our favor. The next time we visit the DZ, we'll be married. Not a lot of jumps because the winds picked up in the afternoon both days. _Am__ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead. indyz 1 #8 October 13, 2003 0:3:0 Three fun sitfly jumps. I still can't figure out how to do cartwheels. 21st birthday today. My parents insisted on throwing a party, so I couldn't make it out to the DZ. I hate parties, but I like the money my relatives gave me. The cost of a new PC-105 is halfway to being covered thanks to them.

masher 1 #13 October 13, 2003 :12:1 10 jumps on Saturday. There was a h'n'p day at York. Quite good fun. Launched a few 3 ways and a 2 way from 4'. Then we went down the real h'n'ps from 2.5 and 3. Got all my accuracy done for my C. All I need is 3 4-ways to get my B so I can get my C. 2 jumps at Dale (first time there). 1 solo just to figure out where everything is. 1 4-way. I sunk out on them!!! They must have been going really slow. I couldn't get back up to them. Got to about 1 m away by break off... But today I'm sore all over. testpilot 0 #17 October 13, 2003 0:0:0 I was at the dz on Saturday and sat in on a FJC, then sat in on a safty briefing. Then some one decided to have a spring party and invite the Tequila Girls. The took advantage of me. On Sunday morning there was way to much alcohol in my blood stream never mind the throbbing ache behind my left eye ball. Dumpster 0 #20 October 13, 2003 0:3:1 Tried to get some Sunrise jumps going, half a dozen of showed up at the DZ with a pilot, but were fogged in. Got the first load of the day up around 8:30 instead of 6:45 like we had planned. Got two more jumps in on a take-it easy, no-rushing-to-make-the-the-next-load kind of day. Got home around 5-ish and had my fresh D-license waiting for me!! (BEER!) Spent Sunday looking for the top of the workbench out in the garage, and found it, along with some sections of the floor I haven't seen in a while. I found the floor on the passenger side of my truck, too. It's amazing how many Red Bull cans accumulate in such a short period of time. Going to try to get a jump or two in during the week, as I'll be nailing a new roof on my house next weekend. (Gotta do it!) Easy Does It

AggieDave 6 #25 October 13, 2003 A lot:17:0 Had some good jumps this weekend, had a good number of Tandems this weekend, had some nice sport jumps this weekend.
