mountainman 0 #1 August 28, 2003 Hey folks. I just jumped on the scale to figure out how much my rig weighed for my "real" wingloading. I was curious about you guys. I have a Wings, 169ft2 Safire, 181 Dash-M, and CYPRES with a couple of knives. It came in at ~22 pounds. Tell us yours ! Don't count tandem rigs. If you have multiple rigs, than pick your favorite/most used. If you don't have a rig, I put your option there too. Let's hear it ! cindee 0 #12 August 29, 2003 I don't have gear yet, but was wondering if anyone knows what the student rigs weigh. They feel like they are about 45 lbs. I thought I was going to fall backwards off the steps getting in the plane.__________________________________________________ "If happy little bluebirds fly above the rainbow, why oh why can't I?" mountainman 0 #20 August 29, 2003 Quotewhy would one even put that option in the poll? Small BASE rig for a small person ? Either that, or SOMEONE would complain that I DIDN'T put it in there. Your choice. http://www.brandonandlaura.com
freeflygoddess 0 #21 August 29, 2003 Well I wont tell what my rig weighs because then everyone will figure out how much I weigh and a lady never reveals her age or weight, but I will say that out the door I weigh 135 on my new to me gear and so my wing loading will be 1:1.
