SublimeBreeze 0 #1 September 16, 2003 I have a slight delema, There is a great rig for sale that is 1100. I want it badly because it is freefly friendly and is at a great price and fits. I also want to goto a tunnel camp that is also 1100. I have 20 jumps and my A license (just got it this weekend! yay) What do you guys think? tunnel camp, or rig? Oh, and congrats on your license! -- Toggle Whippin' Yahoo Skydiving is easy. Then, save up and do the tunnel thing if that's what u wanna do, but what the hell good is knowing how to skydive when you can only make half of the skydives you could if you didn't have to rent gear? ! There's an exellent way to improve your skills and it's worth many many jumps equivalent. On the other hand, if the rig is really that great... Have you have it checked by a rigger? SublimeBreeze 0 #6 September 16, 2003 Not yet, But im sure its up to par, Its at my local dz and its being sold to by and instructor and the rigger checked it out as well. We put a new main in it too. pd 176 I think. or 170 not sure how the number system works for those. Anyways, its in excellent condition. I went to the one in Orlando 2 years ago and it helped me a lot. BUT, you just got your "A", you're on your way to skydiving stardom. Get the rig. It will save you a lot of money instead of paying to rent one.
