This reminds me of a story a while back of a town that wanted to ban the sale of single bottles of beer to curb littering. Their theory was that people were buying single bottles on their way home from work, drinking them in their car, and then throwing the bottles out the window. They figured that if people couldn't buy anything smaller than a six pack that they either (a) wouldn't buy beer on the way home from work, or (b) wouldn't drink it in the car and throw the bottles out the window (I never did figure that one out). Gotta love short sighted and reactionary legislation.

I have an Idea... put a hormone or gene splice in all beer that makes your pecker stop growing.

Then it would be safe for the grown-ups, but NO 17 y/o in his right mind would touch it.
