JGarcia 0 #253 October 16, 2002 I'll be arriving in Phoenix Christmas day, early afternoon. If anyone needs a ride from the airport to Eloy, let me know...we'll be renting a car & should have room for 1 more person. I'll be staying until the 29th or 30th because gf wants to go snowboarding & to the Grand Canyon as well. Should be interesting watching her trying to skysurf for the first time.I agree with you, John, the compilation video will be TIGHT! --Jairo Low Profile, snag free helmet mount for your Sony X3000 action cam! If anyone else is arriving in the morning and wants to carpool, let me know otherwise I'll take the shuttle or drink beer until one of the afternoon arrivals has space. I leave on the 2nd at 11:15 am. I hope you guys don't mind a newbie, I will only have a B license at that point although I suspect I will have close to 100 jumps. mujie96 0 #269 October 16, 2002 I've been tactical the whole time, just extremely LUCKY and usually attached to an aviation unit. PILOTS don't like tents either. Now be good and don't make me stomp you to prove I can. $30 a night for the motel, if we put 6 to a room its the same price as the bunkhouse....I need to figure out where I'm staying. Has anyone checked out Desert Sky Rentals as listed on Skydive AZ's website? If they fit 8 it would be cheap as well as close to the DZ.... Jess Just keep swimming...just keep swimming.... bbarnhouse 0 #270 October 16, 2002 Quote how many of each .. Zennister.....there is alot of each so I figure we will be putting together several hybrids. skycat 0 #271 October 16, 2002 Quote Tent...free but really cold Hehe...it's odd how after moving to CO my idea of cold has changed, it's almost back to when I lived in ND. Pretty much as long as it's above 15 above I'm golden in the tent, thanks to pookiebear thinking ahead when we bought all our backcountry camping stuff. So for anyone's info and if you have the money rei-outlet.com has thier sleeping bags on sale that are rated for really cold weather.Fly it like you stole it! JGarcia 0 #275 October 16, 2002 Myself and 2 girls will be staying in one of the team rooms at the DZ. The original plan was to bring a 4-way team for the Collegiate Nationals, but that's now been reduced to a 2-way team. It's $40 a night, but with 4 or 5, tha'll only be $10 or $8 a night. Not bad for being right on the DZ (and not a tent ). We'll be flying out of JAX on the morning of the 25th. If anyone is interested, let me know. --Jairo Low Profile, snag free helmet mount for your Sony X3000 action cam!
