can't download data from neptune to paralog

Hi:

I'm trying to download my jumps from my neptune 2 to paralog, first time, but I just can't get it !!! I went trough all the topic at this forum, but didn't find nothing , tried the help from Alti 2 and Paralog but didn t work.
If someone could help me with a step by step to do it , I would appreciate.

OS is Win 7 home premium, and bought a USB IR adapter

I m trying to download the IrCOMM2k but keep giving me an error message !!

for all i know, but it wont work with win7; some protocol that has been discontinued..

Thanks Ian, I ll run virtualbox and try it again, there are several users who are in the same boat because there's no IRCOMM2 for win7 64bits !!!
