See, I assume the previous owner of vehicle in question must've done something horrendous (like spend a week in bed with the girls at the Playboy mansion) to earn such punishment.
I don't believe in the "take him for everything he's got" policy that many women do, and I've told my SO that. Trust me he has nothing to worry about!!!

The road bike (originally my RGV 250)
The dirt bikes (including the TTR bought for me :(
he moved to Pismo Beach CA, with his girlfirend.
I was so emotionally tired that I let him take it all so that he would stop bullying me and go away. I decided that my soul was worth more than all of that and settled for:
my car (which was mine anyway)
my rig (which had to go and live at the dropzone as he threated to burn it [:|, obviously not a jumper)
and my cat who had been around for longer than he had!
Now If I could just get my dirt bike, road bike and fourwheeler back..KillaBee and I would be, erm I think the expression is..S**tting in tall cotton.
I am way happier with KB than I ever was with my ex, so it just goes to show that money and toys aint everything, it just makes it easier to live with someone that you cant stand ;)

I think that in the end, we both have that in common, give up everything not to deal with their crap anymore...I can't complain about it, is just the shock I got when entering the courts and witnessing what really goes on the courts, with the complacency of the whole system.
It seems that it is bent on making us the guilty party regardless of the facts, proofs and teh unreasonable doubts when presented. That is all. We have little rights to defend ourselves.
But I do totally agree with you, and glad that you also overcame all, for not all the material things is what really make us happy.
