DivaSkyChick 0 #1 August 25, 2003 I just have to share this with you guys - it's so great and rare when you get amazing service! One of the little rubber button ripped off on my pro dytter and I could no longer change the settings. I dealt with it for awhile - it was good to force myself to really pay more attention to my visual alti anyway, so I gave it some time. Eventually tho, I really wanted my audible back so I emailed L & B, asking about repair services. They said, send it back and we'll fix it free! Already excellent news. So I send it off, thinking / hoping to have it back by Thanksgiving... I just got it back today, hardly 10 days after sending it in. And that's to Denmark! I'm so pleased with their service I want everyone to know about it! woopie, going jumping this weekend! yeahhhhhh! hee hee --- www.facebook.com/mandyhamptonfitch

livendive 8 #5 August 25, 2003 I haven't experienced customer service comparable to L&B's anywhere. Not from other skydiving businesses, nor from non-skydiving businesses. They simply put themselves 110% behind their products and do everything they can to keep their customers happy. Blues, Dave"I AM A PROFESSIONAL EXTREME ATHLETE!" Raefordite 0 #7 August 25, 2003 You are absolutely correct. Mads and company are outstanding in service and product line development They are also the ONLY overseas company to the USA that did not increase their prices due to the recent US dollar value. I am all for supporting them amd their products.
