Why is it women are so much better at this than guys. Take the cheese and mix it with the salsa, microwave it until creamy, then use your chips and chase it with beer. A meal in minutes. B| Tonight's dinner...left overs!

Actually I'm just joking. I am cooking tonight.

Salmon with cracked pepper
butter noodles smothered with shrimp sauce
cesar salad with homemade dressing and crutons
steamed carrots

Box of 8 slimfast bars - $5 (lunch)
Bag of 6 bagels - $1.50 (dinner)
Cheese for the bagels - $2.00
Box of Oatmeal Crisp Cereal - $3.50 (breakfast)
Apples for my snacks - $2.00

Yeah, it's convenience food, but i don't bother cooking elaborate meals since i live alone. I do love cooking and if i ever go visit someone i cook for them.

Sounds like it'll be good...

I'm gonna make this tonight...no wonder I can't seem to lose weight...

Stuffed Yellow Bell Peppers:
1 cup of rice
1/3 lb of small shrimp
1/3 lb of crab meat
1/4 cup finely diced carrots
1/2 cup of cracker crumbs (for texture)
1 1/2 cups alfredo sauce

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
Season to taste with:
Garlic Salt, Fresh Aregano, Fresh Basil, Sea Salt, and Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Cut Tops of Peppers off and de-seed
Fill Peppers with Alfredo Mix
Pre heat oven to 325 until mushrooms are done

Mushrooms:
Take about a 1/3 cup of olive oil (I just kinda put enough in to suit me)
add freshly minced garlic
black pepper
sea salt
oregano
basil - or whatever else you want
3 TBSP real butter
heat until boiling

add 1/2 cup Dessert Wine
Saute Portabella Mushrooms in oil and wine for about 20 min.

Add to top of stuffed peppers

cover with a large piece of sliced mozzarella cheese
and broil until cheese is browned...be careful, it doesn't take long.

Prepare enough spinach linguini to allow for a saucer sized bed fo the peppers to sit on
and season to taste.

Serve with sliced fresh veggies surrounding the linguini bed, and a salad dressing on the side....
:)
