How many schools did you go to?

Recommended Posts

How many schools did you go to and what was the reason for the change?

ME- 3 grade schools (politely asked to leave the two first ones for behavior problems :)
2 high schools. See above for explanation and add "use of illicit substances")

The funny thing is I had an A average until I graduated although I was socially handicapped by thick glasses and a bad attitude.

2 preschools- repeated cause i was too young
1 kindergarten
3 grade schools- first switch was due to a new one being built closer to me, the 2nd switch was due to moving to germany.
2 middle schools- 1st in germany, 2nd back in ohio
2 highschools- switch was due to my parents sending me to a catholic high school for a year thinking this would get my ass in line... no such thing!
1 university- still there and on the 5 year plan, im in no hurry:) OHIO university kicks ass!!
1 community college- just for summer class while im living at home... boring[:/]

different schools for kindergaten, 1,2,3 (returned to the school from grade 2 after a month or so), 4, 5-8, 9-10, 11-12. so that's 8 all together. add one university and one community college and we have a nice even 10. all the changes were due to moving around southern ontario, nova scotia and new brunswick.

2 grade schools (with a year of home schooling thrown in), 1 ginasio, 1 junior high, 2 high schools, 1 university.

The moves were mostly family moves, with the year of homeschooling being to address the language insufficiency found in sending me to my first grade school (i.e. they spoke Portuguese, and I didn't)

temple is where i fenced sabre.

we actually had some bouts at cross keys one summer, but that ended up being a very very very bad idea after lots of beer and other substances! although we did discover that wearing full face helmets helped out a little!

Plano schools are divided a little differently; I went to 4 schools, but never switched schools.
1 elementary (Kindergarten thru 5th)
1 middle school (6th thru 8th)
1 high school (9th and 10th)
1 senior high (11th and 12th)
Didn't go to college, taking some courses now through the local community college...
My family only moved once, and it was within the same district lines, so I didn't have to switch schools.
