I'll keep it to the basic facts and Bill can fill in the rest. On a formation load at Rantoul today one of the participants started to backslide away from the formation.. She showed some warning signs on the ground (like not knowing where the grippers are on a jump suit) that did not escape the keen eye of our man. Bill left the formation and followed her. By the time he got to her she appeared confused, was flailing and had "given up". Bill caught her and dump out her reserve. All landed safely and he was kind enough to hold on to her reserve handle.
