robskydiv 0 #104 August 7, 2003 Great job Bill. Airmail told me (on the 8th) about the save. On my ride home from Rantoul I thought about it. I was and am so very impressed with this selfless act. It made me think of my days in the Infantry. At that time I thought that if I had to, that I could lay my life down for my buddies. But, I never got to see if it were true. And conversely, Would any of my buddies lay it all out on the line for me? Looking back, I can only surmise that one may have and that is at best a guess.
