I mean, DAMN!!!, upper management in their INFINITE WISDOM, scheduled a 2 day training session (offsite) for 70% of the IT staff, so, only 3 people (me included) will be with me to deal with all the problems and tasks, and I just found out, that 1 of them is not coming tomorrow and the other will be leaving early friday because he's traveling. Got a call from my husband awhile ago saying that his company is going on strike tomorrow, which means HUGE loss in income and no medical insurance. I had people lined up this week to do all my "soccer mom" duties, had the money to buy an entire jump package and the weather is suppose to be GREAT this week!! I was hoping to spend the whole week there and finish everything. Vent #2: As I'm talking about this with a friend at a boyscout picnic today, an whuffo B%&*@ turns and says to me (butting in by the way)....."Well atleast now you won't orphan your children".....
