African Fish Eagle = The most majestic bird (IMHO) it represents freedom, power and natural grace.

Animal
Dolphin = I love the Ocean ( gonna start scuba soon) , and to swim freely would be incredible.

Hmm, I think it would be pretty cool to be a shark. They're immune to almost every disease out there, they have those extra senses (like detecting magnetic fields) plus they're fast and agile and don't really have natural predators. Plus....
