I am angry

Recommended Posts

Pissed.
I feel rage like I've never known in my life.
At least, I did until my kitty sat on me.
But just to be on the safe side, don't anyone cut me off on the damn highway today.

It's ok to feel the rage! Just make sure to keep expressing it without violence.>:(

Dear Jess,

I've never met you but I have shed some tears and sent you good thoughts, for what they're worth (which is a lot I think).

I'm glad you're angry! You should be angry. It's important that you get that anger out. You can be angry at whomever you want. You can't hurt the one you're really pissed at, and your friends are so amazing, they will understand. Let a friend be your virtual punching bag, your sounding board, your rock.

Because on the other side of anger is more sadness and wishing, and on the other side of that is a kind of peace.

I wish you peace.

You have been through a lot recently. Just let the anger out in some constructive way. I have been through the same type of thing you are going through right now. It's unfair what happened to you and his family. It's always unfair when something like this happens. The person who is gone feels nothing anymore, and their loved ones are left to shoulder all the pain and hurt. You seem like a strong person (I hear you where a SGT. in the Army), I was to. I know you have the inner strength to pull through this and be stonger on the otherside when it is all said and done. STAY STRONG! There are a lot of people in these forums that are praying and thinking of you!

The five stages of loss are denial, bargaining, anger, despair and acceptance.

Remember, we are all here for you. Just keep talking to us, we are listening, and we all love you, even the ones who never met you.

Totally normal emotion. This means you're proceeding through the stages of grief in a healthy way.

Now to get passed this, next time you see Michele, beat the living shit out of her.

Love ya Muj,

Mujie, love....I will be on my way very soon. And then you can get all angry all over me. I won't even get angry back. I will just love you harder. Deal?

It's very normal, this rage. This immense and overwhelming anger. This intense fury which boils and rampages...absolutely normal. It doesn't make anything easier knowing it's normal though. But it's not easy at all yet.

BTW, why do you think you're "banned" from driving??? LOL!!!

Hugs, darlin.

Michele
