This is the car i am thinking of buying.

I test drove one of those turbo MR2s back in the early 90s and the car had great excelleration. But it was so light that at over 100 miles an hour, I felt I would have taken off had I had wings attached to it. But then again I was breaking the law driving it at 100+ miles an hour right?

By the way ... I currently drive an '89 Toyota Supra (as well as a '99 Jeep Wrangler when it snows or when I go to the mountains). So I like Toyota products.

I have a 90T Supra but it's my only car and does not like Chicago winters. My poor baby is deteriorating[:/]. I love it and am another satisfied Supra owner:)

My Supra is the non-turbo version. But it's still fast (I had it up to 140 mph back in '91). The paint has faded (it was cherry red), and that's okay as I fit in with all the other poor skydiver cars. Also, parts of the body are looking a little old but it's still a great car for non-blizzard conditions and I expect to be driving it for many more years to come.

I'm thinking about getting a second car as a toy once my current car (a '00 Focus ZX3) is paid off. I've been looking at late model used sports cars. Essentially, I can't talk myself into buying a new car, but there are plenty of cars I wanted years ago, but couldn't afford. You can find '98-99 Boxsters for under $20k, '00 S2000s for about the same money, '00 MR2 Spyders for $16k, or '99 Miatas for $11k or so. I can't quite stretch to even a '91 NSX, though...still about $25-30k for a reasonable example. The point is that there are a lot of choice cars available for peanuts because of the glut in the car market.

Hey Marz,

Nice car, but your lawn needs to be cut.

Sorry bout the lawn... I had a dropzone to attend... Taken care of now though
