VanillaSkyGirl 6 #1 July 11, 2003 Is anyone going to Skydive San Diego on Saturday? I may go middday to pick up a main, but I am feeling really lazy about the drive right now. (I am going to Elsinore on Friday and early on Sunday, but I want to drive back to LA to sleep in my own bed both nights, I think.) Is anyone going to be there anyway...maybe we can hang out. It's been a few weeks since I have jumped. I am not sure if I should jump this new main because I may not feel comfortable with this sized canopy for my first time at this DZ. You can never be too careful about where you meet someone. No offense guys. Anyone else who'd like to MEET at the DZ? Viking, I have an ex who is in San diego and in the Navy again. (He called me out of the blue today.) Although I have much respect for them, I am not into the military lifestyle. Anyway, Viking, where do you jump now? I am excited about going now. I am probably just going to go by myself and do some solos with my new suit that I'm picking up tonight at Ground Zero. I am leaving soon to go do my water training at Elsinore. If you ever want to come on over to my regular DZ, then maybe we could do some jumps together. Btw, I didn't really read your whole thread on ...but I am assuming that you have a new woman in your life. Congratulations! (Now who's going to stalk me with late-night PMs. J/K! ) I know that you didn't mean to offend anyone. I felt similar regrets about my "Suddenly single" thread.
