Id A lady filed suit today in the county court sighting negligence against the Management and Staff as well as the Driver of the truck of a local Walmart in Podunk County IL. Her left leg was severed by a 18 wheeler as she was walking thru the parking lot. She is sighting negligence on the part of the store and the driver for not warning her of the hazards of sticking your leg out underneath a moving vehicle. Witnesses say that the women walked up along side the truck and proceeded to stick her leg under the moving tires. She claims she had no idea it was moving.
