Seen Metalica & Guns and Roses around 1992. It was a Day on the green in Oakland, CA

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I saw that show... There was no field left after that riot... What a friggen party!

------

I saw the field 2 days later when I went to an indoor concert, got to walk right by the field, it looked like crap with all the patch work they did.

I saw Guns N Roses and Aerosmith at Pocono Downs raceway. Whole thing was GA. 12 people got crushed to death.

My first real concert was at Concord Pavillion.. went to see Tesla, they were the opening act for Lynerd Skynerd. Tesla rocked! That was back in 1996 I think.

The only thing that sucked about the concert was one of the guys that went with us puked next to me the whole time! eewwwwwww. >:(

Embarrassed about Elvis huh? I'd kill to have my first memories be of Elvis.

Sherman, set the Wayback machine to September, 1976.

The girl I was seeing was a huge fan of the Bay City Rollers. Yep, she had the tartan fringe and everything.

Dork!

I dare anybody to beat that.

Hey, me too. Must have been the same tour.

First time my Parents let me go alone at about 14.

Texas Jam in the Astrodome. It was Sammy Hagar, Ted Nuget, Triumph (remember them?) and Styk - Mr. Roboto < hum Dee Datto>

I was taken to an outdoor Peter Frampton concert. I was probably 7 or 8. I remember thinking it was wild.

Ted Nugent. I was 5 or 6. My sister was supposed to be babysitting me but took me to the concert with her & her friends.

I fully blame it for the way I've turned out.;)

I believe I was at Sebazz's REM concert in 1989...I loved that show! One of the first times I saw them.

But, actually, my first concert was an amazing triple bill thanks to havin' a very B| sister, who liked very B| music!

Gene Loves Jezebel
New Order
Echo & The Bunnymen
@ San Diego Sports ArenaB|B|

You want to talk about an 80's music alternative icon concert.....this show ROCKED!! Night was made even better when my sister (college hottie at the time) was hit on by Ian McCullough. Totally amazing experience!!![email]

cool lineup for a first concert!;)
