skymama 37 #26 June 6, 2003 I'll be there in the morning. I don't have a dz.com t-shirt because I told HH I refused to get one until he had a cute, girly style for me. But, here's a picture of me in my jumpsuit so you can find me. I'm the one in the middle. Amazon 7 #27 June 7, 2003 All day for me............ trying to go broke.. just like this weekend..... already plopped down 300 on my account and trying hard to burn all of it as quickly as possible on jumps... I only managed to get 4 in.. once the Caravan showed up at 3:30....woo hoo Met Scott out there today... and Mark showed up... so who else is joining us this weekend at Snohomish for the Caravan jumpin??????Hybrids are on tap for tommorro. Rob and I make a smokin base for freeflyers to dock on. Amazon Amazon

Amazon 7 #30 June 9, 2003 This is one old SkyChickie that will NOT be jumping an XAOS anytime soon. Even the biggest ones made are too fast for my old bones. I prefer going fast in freefall not that fast under canopy I love watching them... but I have seen a couple bad landings under canopy/hankies and I plan on jumping well into my 80's. Seems the older I get, the more stuff hurts. I bruise too easily. Amazon Amazon
Zenister 0 #31 June 9, 2003 me either...not yet at least.. they made a 150 for one of the big boys (and i do mean BIG) at the DZ, the largest Xaos made yet... i really want one, particularly after watching lucas easily fly next to me while i was on rears getting back from a tracking dive.. and then let off his toggles and leave me in his wake the flare power on those wings in incredible.....but i wont be wingloading heavily enough to see the performance for a while yet... Andy is also only person to jump both the largest (150) and the smallest (21) Xaos27's made to date..____________________________________ Those who fail to learn from the past are simply Doomed. Zenister 0 #33 June 9, 2003 you should see the video...that tiny thing was trying its best to spin up and andy just wouldnt let it...until he was ready to get rid of it... did you see Jessie's qoute on the evening magazine show? i think that sums it up perfectly, they are really an amazing bunch all around...____________________________________ Those who fail to learn from the past are simply Doomed. freeflyguy 0 #34 June 10, 2003 I'm in too. might as well make a weekend of it. Hey Randy, is scott jumping that 150 now? wHAT are his and Andy's impression of it, opening, fliying etc? ---------------------------- bzzzz
Zenister 0 #35 June 10, 2003 FAST! andy jumped it when it showed up because Scott had been working all day..its HUGE for andy and he still put it all the way down the hill....i missed scott jumping it on Sat but he said it was FAST...didnt hear anything amiss with the openings at all, but you'd have to ask them... once the newness has worn off (and i'm current on a 150 again) i'm going to see if he'll let me try it...just to see the difference a crossbraced makes..even though i wont be loading it anywhere near optimal...____________________________________ Those who fail to learn from the past are simply Doomed.
