make your own beer cooler

While drinking certain dark beers in the sun, I came to think about how to keep the beer cold until I finished it. Normally this isn't a big problem as I usually finish them before they get warm, but on really hot days this can be a problem. Having some hardware lying around in my apartment, I decided to build something that could keep the beer cool. Read on to see how I made my own PeltierBeer.

if it starts warm-room temp(intentionally) then it shouldn't be a problem. If it should be cold, then I swear you could grab a frosty mug...:P But, if making a beer contraption satisfies someones "thirst" for creativity, so be it.;)

Nah, a real skydiver would know that the sunlight would cause your beer to oxydize and go skunky LONG before it gets warm, if you're drinking it outside on a hot summer day from a clear glass.

A demonstration we used to do when I worked for Molson - a beer would go completely skunky in in under 8 minutes.

Keep your beers in the shade, guys...
