It's my day off so I had 3 strips of thick cut bacon, 2 eggs over easy, 2 pieces of buttered white toast, and a cup of coffee. I'm still sitting around in a T shirt and underwear trying to work up the motivation to go to the grocery store for milk and more eggs. It's cloudy out....was supposed to be jumping today. Wednesday's Menu Lunch entrees: Vegetable Soup, Bean Soup, Fried Chicken, Baked Blackened Catfish Lunch veggies: Whipped Potatoes/Gravy, Almond Buttered Broccoli, Pinto Beans, Fried Okra, Rice Lunch grill: Southwestern Burger w/Jalepeno Pepper/Salsa/Avocado on Kaiser Bun w/Fries Deli: Club Wraps Sandwich in Tortilla or Turkey Salad Sandwich Think I'll do the Blackened Catfish, Potatoes w/ gravy, fried okra and some cornbread. Yeah, it's fine, we'll walk down the line.
