PhillyKev 0 #1 June 11, 2003 Haven't jumped in 6 weeks. It has been completely overcast and rainy every weekend for that long. Monday and Tuesday this week were gorgeous. Today's a little cloudy but jumpable. This weekend? Most cloudy and overcast with rain starting Friday through Sunday!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This has been the worst 6 contiguous months of weather ever!!! Cold, snowy, windy winter followed by constant clouds and rain. I'm thinking about blowing off the WFFC just so I can take a vaca now and go somewhere sunny. Muenkel 0 #5 June 11, 2003 Same story in New England. For me it's equally frustrating as I finished ground school but have been unable to make the first jump. Save some hemlock for me. Chris _________________________________________ Chris
jfields 0 #6 June 11, 2003 Kevin, I feel your pain. Every weekend, I look at the forecast from Cross Keys down to Carolina Sky Sports. Rain, clouds, rain, clouds, rinse and repeat. Screw that. Then we have infuriatingly sunny days during the week.
bkdice 0 #7 June 11, 2003 I knew you'd post here. Poor FrogLady. Maybe it's time to take a trip out west.
DYEVOUT 0 #8 June 11, 2003 Sorry, Kev - It's gonna rain again. If you want to borrow my avatar to end it, feel free. (I would strongly recommend doing so outside, though, very messy) ----------------=8^)---------------------- "I think that was the wrong tennis court." Once the plane takes off, you're gonna have to land - Might as well jump out!!
