Slowfaller 0 #1 May 23, 2003 Does anyone else love the smell that your rig smells like or any clothes that you just jumped in smell like? I'm at work but am leaving for the DZ at 1pm and my rig is under my desk. I keep getting a wiff of that fresh air smell and can't wait until 1pm. Know what I'm sayin'? Chris I smelled my laundry before putting it on today. I think it's a guy thing. I don't think it actually smells good. LOL

spidermonky 0 #6 May 23, 2003 I know what you're talking about. All new skydiving gear has a distinct smell. It always makes me want to jump.... Of course, the smell of lawn mower exhaust makes me want to jump too.

mccordia 74 #8 May 23, 2003 I think a rig has this sort of tent-canvas type of smell. It's verry recognizable, and every now and then I smell it somewhere in town, and I get all itchy again...:) I have a a lot of smells that go with skydiving. Freshly mown grass/mud, and diesel smell (driving behind a truck on my motorcycle) all makes my mind wonder....:)JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?
