Skymonkey13 0 #1 May 9, 2003 I just want to THANK everyone who responded to my post about my dear friend Brutus. Your responses were very heart warming and you helped me more them i could imagine. I never dreamed i would get that kind of response. Just goes to show you that skydivers are family not only in the air but in hardship also. You helped me through the first night without Brutus and i thank you from the bottom of my heart. I did,nt sleep much last night. It was the snoring again, except this time, it was the lack of it. Brutus lived a good life and he knew i was with him at the end and he felt no pain. He just took 3 deep breaths then looked at me and closed his eyes. Brutus is buried on my family's property with the rest of my pets, but i will be wearing his collar on my next jump. Thanks again everyone, and i sincerely mean it.
