DTOXX 0 #1 May 1, 2003 I remember my old life, before skydiving, when clouds were a good thing. Rain was something that cleaned the air and made snow. Now it just seems that the weather is against me personally. I planned to A- jump may ass off on Saturday, and B- to take my wuffo friend on his first jump. And what do I get for a FORECAST? ------- D.T. Holder SIMstudy

DTOXX 0 #3 May 1, 2003 I doesn't rain so much as "Dude, there was all this water in the sky and it landed..."It sort of like Arizona in that the clouds seem to part and DUMP everything at once. Then its over. ------- D.T. Holder SIMstudy
BoobieCootie 0 #4 May 1, 2003 Same hereAnd you know what the problem is? It's people washing their cars. I say we boycott washing our cars b/w Thursday and Sunday. We should appeal to our local representatives that car washes are not conserving H2O during our droughts, and that they should pass an ordinance to limit car wash operations to Monday and Tuesday only. Unstable 9 #6 May 1, 2003 HAHA, complaints, comming from California?? (all incredulous like) Here in Kansas, on the High Plains, when the wind comes, NOTHING stops it. We are lucky to get to jump both saturday and sunday without closing down shop for winds. Drives me nuts. sds "I like bushes because they don't have prickles. Unless they do. This one did.
