meridianjumper 0 #1 March 31, 2003 I am doing a study on what the prefered brand of cigarettes is for a certain group of people. So I chose to poll skydivers. :-) I am not doing this for research for the smoking industry, I am doing this for my own studys. Thanks. Gawain 0 #2 March 31, 2003 I don't smoke anymore, but I used to smoke Camel Wides. When I went to the tobacco shop, I'd "treat" myself to a Turkish brand called Tekel -- smooth filterless oval. Good smoke. Those were good days...don't miss them though. So I try and I scream and I beg and I sigh Just to prove I'm alive, and it's alright 'Cause tonight there's a way I'll make light of my treacherous life Make light! I even make those smoking move at the DZ when we are all sitting around chatting cause I can't stand the smell. I'm so glad you can no longer smoke on domestic flights too. Just my opinion, do as you please but please don't subject me to it. -- Hot Mama At least you know where you stand even if it is in a pile of shit. AggieDave 6 #16 March 31, 2003 Quote . I've been choked out by more over perfumed people then I have smokers. Its that "I stayed at the DZ drunk last night and didn't shower" problem. I hate it when cologne and/or perfume is strong enough that you can actually smell it. Just a hint of perfume on a girl is perfect.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
jlmiracle 7 #17 March 31, 2003 Aggie, will you explain to the rest of the world what a HINT of perfume is. We have a guy in the office that where's more cologne and you can retrace his footsteps by the smell AND he has no sense of personal space. MrHixxx 0 #23 March 31, 2003 I used to smoke about a pack and a half a day of Marlboros. I started when I was 13. Then at the ripe old age of 22 suffering from alcoholism, Cocaine addiction and chronic marijuana use. This emaciated 130 lb skeleton of a man checked into a hospital afraid of the ensuing jail sentence of the DWI, leaving the scene and serious bodily injury charges levied against me from an accident. Addicts are amazing at destroying their bodies, so there was barrage of testing done to check my progress. the respiratory test, which took 5 tries to get a reading, revealed that I had lost at least 10 percent of each lung and had chronic bronchitis. If I continued and lost 5 percent more, I would be on a O2 bottle with Emphysema by 25 or so. Of all the copious amounts of illicit chemicals I had injested in some form or another, since the age of 12. It was the perfectly legal chemicals in cigarettes that were going to kill me first. My last cigarette was September 22nd of 1990. One year after my last drink September 18th 1989, which I had for breakfast on the way to the hospital. I am 35 now and my son is 4 and I probably wouldn't have gotten into the sport at 29. I am glad that I switched to the no-filter candy cigarettes, less-tar more life and skydives-Hixxx death,as men call him, ends what they call men -but beauty is more now than dying’s when
