ok, so i dunno how i found this page but its funny as hell, this guy talks about how he built this control panel in his mind that slows down time while hes skydiving and he refers to it like is real and it has all these buttons and sliders on it and whatnot, its really stupid

If it helps him control his mind- why not. I think visualization is a great tool for autogenic training as well as other forms of meditation. But I agree it can sound pretty stupid when you try to explain your personal methods to others.
