Deuce 1 #57 March 17, 2003 Quote Oh just a chick flick with attitude OMG. I watched the "Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya sisterhood" last night. I've worked on the motorcycle, the truck, the lawnmower, and did some pipe soldering. If I go out and bench over 200 pounds right now, my testosterone level might possible be back to normal by bedtime.

freeflir29 0 #64 March 17, 2003 Quote That may very be the slowest Otter on the planet You should have seen it last summer. It was about 90-95 degrees out. Full load....just fueled up. Lost an engine about 40 feet off the ground. It came fairly close to not making it back from that ride. SD Atlanta has a rocket King air now. They got it to alti in 6 1/2 minutes not long ago. RevJim 0 #70 March 17, 2003 1:0:0 One case of mild food poisoning from early Saturday morning. I spent pretty much all day Sat at the DZ, making sure I was never more than 10 seconds away from a john. Not fun. If I had a jump ticket for every time I was asked if I was gonna jump I'd jump all spring for nothing. After being there for a few hours, I actually managed to get my gear into the hanger. That's as far as I got though. If I can't keep my mind on the jump and only the jump, I ain't jumping. Even though I was feeling better by 4 or 5, I was not above 75%. I thought it would be just my luck to have a jump go awsome, and double over with cramps at about 50 feet. It was so damn nice here this weekend too!!!! damn damn damn damn damnIt's your life, live it! wmw999 2,460 #71 March 17, 2003 0:2:1 2 sitfly jumps. I still suck. But I'm smiling at the bottom, and I was told that eventually I might just quit spinning and going all over the sky. I'm holding my breath 1 bottle of wine consumed with the neighbors. Fun. And the result is that if any of us is out of town, someone else will pick up the newspapers so the house looks OK, and I know where I can borrow a cup of sugar. The 1 also stands for a long conversation with a former first jump student of mine. Caught up on some other folks. Also fun. Wendy W. There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. CanuckInUSA 0 #73 March 17, 2003 Not a bad weekend for this CO camper. 0:10:1 No such luck in the all important humps category (of course what do I expect hanging with a bunch of skydivers). 10 jumps this weekend including 2 hop n' pops this afternoon when the ceiling wasn't all that good (but it cleared up nicely for the last load of the day). 1 case of beer owed for jumping my new Sabre2 170 canopy which is faster than my old 190, but I sure like it. Of course packing this brand spanking new slippery canopy sucks. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over
