The gravity of the offense is different but the fact remains the same. If you have driven after a few beers, or eaten a banana in the supermarket and not paid for it or blew up your neighbours mailbox as a teenager or smoked weed anytime (yes it is against the law), please don't preach to me about being a law obiding citizen.
