Snowflake 0 #1 February 27, 2003 To everyone in the LA area. My little brothers band One Light Out http://www.onelightout.com/ (from the Bay area) is playing a showcase at the Whiskey A Gogo next Wednesday at 10 pm so if you get a chance go cheer for me cause I can't make it. Seems some record exec/scout/whatever heard their new disc and invited them to play http://www.onelightout.com/

Lolie 0 #3 February 27, 2003 Okay, we're promoting relatives' bands? wmw999 2,545 #4 February 27, 2003 OK, not related, but my ex-husband is their promoter, and they're pretty good: Pilot Radio Wendy W.There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. (tbrown)
bluskidave 0 #5 February 27, 2003 Hey snowflake, what style of music does your little brother's band play? Have some friends in the L.A. area and would be glad to send them over. Does little brother want to follow big brothers skydiving exploits? Would love to take him on a tandem, promise a much slower landing
Michele 1 #6 February 27, 2003 Why don't we get a group together and go see them? PM me if you're interested. If there's someone to go with, I'll go...! Ciels- Michele ~Do Angels keep the dreams we seek While our hearts lie bleeding?~

Snowflake 0 #8 February 27, 2003 Hey snowflake, what style of music does your little brother's band play? I'd have to kinda say indie pop for lack of a better description....Please send them. Like I said this is a showcase and their not from LA so having people there to watch them makes a good impression on the money people/vultures. The next time he comes down here I'm gonna get him in the air. Slower landings would be good, I'm still trying to get over the trauma I'll probably never do a tandem again

jessd 0 #10 February 28, 2003 http://www.blindbynoon.com/flashpage.htm Here's a link to my brother's band. He recently replaced the drummer who is featured on the website. They play mainly around the Boston area. I think they are pretty good. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."
