sangiro 26 #1 February 15, 2003 As I promised in this thread I've posted some more of Magic Mike's work. Mike McGowan is our new Featured Photographer. Mike was kind enough to allow me to post more than 190 of his greatest shots to Dropzone.com. He specifically asked that I don't size his images down too much to preserve the detail. Thanks Mike, it's a feast! Go to the Photography section to read more about Mike (and other photographers) or jump straight to his galleries. Enjoy. lippy 918 #8 February 16, 2003 When I was in AZ a few months back Mike shot some pics on a few of our jumps. It was so amazing: I'd catch him out of the corner of my eye, behind and below me, and by the time we built the next point he's above us on the other side of the formation. And we weren't - that - slow building the next point. He also seemed like a super nice guy. I ordered some of his pics in 8x10, and he gave me a couple 11x14 for free, and the pics were awsome. Even my mother liked them, and she's against skydiving with every fibre of her being I got nuthin
kevin922 0 #9 February 16, 2003 Okay someone needs to explain the one with the fire - is that a photoshop jobby (i'm guessing not based on the fact he is a kick A$$ photographer) but what was the story behind that ? i'm anxious to know awesome pics! sangiro 26 #10 February 16, 2003 Mike does play around with Photoshop. I think he's beyond the point where he views his art as just what results from him pushing the button on his camera.Safe swoops Sangiro

leroydb 0 #19 February 16, 2003 dude... just maximize the screen .... hit print screen... the pic are sent to the "clip board" open up paint shop and paste the image in there... or look at the HTML and see what the name is and you could down load it directly... but that is common knowledge ...of course dont steal and skydivers images....Leroy ..I knew I was an unwanted baby when I saw my bath toys were a toaster and a radio...
