How do you get the news?

Radio, TV, WWW, newspapers. Take your pick. I've had it with TV news programs. When "Joe Millionare" is a top headline it's just plain assinine. I've never watched the gaddamn show in my life for Christ's sake. I usually bring up CNN.com on my puter, but I know there are better ones - I just can't remember what they were (hence, the reason for this post.). How do you keep up with the latest news on our f'd up little planet?

MSNBC, CNN, FOX, local channels. Several different radio stations (local and national, including NPR), many different web sites, and newspapers (my office gets 4 dailies...and I read as much of them as I can).

well, when i see it, it's on tv. but i don't really see the news too much

NBC, CBS, and NPR - I have more faith in the objectivity of NPR than any other source. But I do detect a hint of liberal -
CNN seem way liberal to me-

I generally try to hear all the sides to the story I can if I'm interested. Out of the major three networks, gotta go with abcnews. Then I generally check reuters and ap since I'd prefer my news raw and not interpreted by some jackass. After that it's on to the bbc just to get a little "other opinion" flavor. If all else fails, I just check the current news on the new google news search. They don't miss too much.
